Our flexibility class caters to all levels. No matter where you are on your flexibility journey we can help push you to the next level.
There will be a range of different techniques taught in our flexibility classes from solo stretches enhanced using stretch blocks and bands, partner stretches, resistance exercises, active stretching and breathing methods.
Flexibility helps you improve in all forms of exercise it is a great class to take alongside any aerial and pole fitness classes to improvise lines and mobility.
Please wear stretchable fitted clothing that you are able to stretch freely in.
