Our Youth workshop is for students aged 13-17. It is a mixture of all things circus for you to enjoy. Learning all the foundations in Flexibility, contortion, stage presence , conditioning, pole fitness, aerial silks and aerial hoop.
For the more advanced students we will work on developing your skills to a higher level working on stage etiquette, and routines.
We aim to build all of our students up to a level that they can take part in seasonal shows and build routines to show off to friends and family.
Incentives and awards will be set not for competition but for rewarding success and development in these skills.
We have a firm but fun approach in our classes to make sure all classes are run safely and efficiently.
To students who are in there later teens we can offer guidance and help towards further training and pursuing circus as a career.
We can help work on audition pieces and give you the advice you need to take your training further.
Please ensure you bring a soft drink to stay hydrated as it is thirsty work. Drinks can also be purchased at the studio. Come wearing tight fitting clothing. Leggings and a fitted top would be suitable or leotards and unitards.
This class is lead in bare feet so no shoes are necessary and all jewellery should be removed.
