This hour long workshop is suitable for complete handstanding beginners through to competent hand balancers wanting to start exploring shapes and movement. We will be working through handstand specific strength and flexibility conditioning exercises; exploring different ways to build confidence transferring the weight into our hands/ off of our feet through various inversions (headstand, croc and forearm balance) and discussing, in depth, handstand form and technique.
