Our full body flexibility class caters to all levels. No matter where you are on your flexibility journey we can help push you to the next level. There will be a range of different techniques taught in our flexibility classes from solo stretches, resistance exercises, active stretching and breathing methods to the mobility of your limbs in both your legs and back/ shoulders in order to achieve better overall flexibility! ( yoga Matt , blocks and resistance band or dressing gown tie would be useful but not essential )
