The stretching out of your limbs can make you feel so much more energised and release tension from all over the body. The class will be broken down into sections where we focus on specific stretches to help you achieve front splits and box splits. We will take pictures before the start of the month and track progression ! We can then take our splits and use them to smash those pole / aerial goals when we are back in the studio. ( yoga Matt , blocks and resistance band or dressing gown tie would be useful but not essential )
