Youth flexibility and pole fitness for ages 10-17. A great way to keep your teenagers active and fit. In this class there will be a structured flexibility class including solo and partner stretches, active flexibility, contortion and acrobatics. Followed by a pole fitness lesson. Taking all the floor skills learnt onto the pole.
Pole fitness is great for strength and conditioning it is a fun all over body workout and a great skill to have. This session is broken down into 45 minutes flexibility and 45 minutes pole fitness.
